Introducing Aidanna Live

By Aidanna Team · August 26, 2026 · 6 min read

There is a particular kind of silence that happens on a ward, in a lab, or on a specialist call. Someone asks how the drug actually works. You know it. You have read it. And still the mechanism will not come out of your mouth in the order a colleague needs to hear it.

That gap — between knowing and being able to say it — is why we built Aidanna Live.

Live is a real-time voice session with Aidanna. You speak. It listens. You interrupt. You clarify. You keep going until the mechanism is something you can walk into the room with. It is live today, inside the app.

Not a lecture. A colleague on the line.

Aidanna already writes mechanisms as stories you can read, and as two-voice audio you can replay on the commute. Those still matter. Live is a different job.

Listen is for a finished story. Live is for the unfinished thought. The statin and the raised ALT. The ALP that does not match the rest of the panel. The MOA you have to explain to a cardiologist in four minutes. You do not need another article. You need to think it through out loud, with someone who will not let the science get sloppy.

“Walk in already knowing the mechanism.”

It already knows who you are

If you told Aidanna you are a pharmacist at a teaching hospital, Live talks like that. If you are in medical affairs, it frames the mechanism for the specialist call. It does not ask what you do. It does not start from first-year biochemistry unless the case needs it.

That is the point of onboarding. Role, specialty, workplace. Live uses all three, then gets out of the way so you can work.

What a session feels like

Open Aidanna, tap Live, and start talking. There is no prompt to craft. You can stop it mid-sentence. You can change direction. You can say “no, the interaction, not the dosing” and it follows.

When you are done, Pro users can save a transcript and a short summary — topic, key ideas, questions to verify. Use it as a private note from the session, not as a patient record. We do not store the raw audio.

Built for the people in the room

Aidanna Live is for pharmacists, laboratory scientists, clinicians, and pharma professionals who have to explain a mechanism under time pressure. It is biochemistry education, spoken. It is not a diagnosis, a prescription, or a substitute for a guideline, a formulary, or a licensed colleague.

Use fictional or de-identified examples. Do not put a real patient’s name, date of birth, or record number into a session. If the question is about a specific person, Live will talk through the science and leave the decision where it belongs.

How to try it

Free accounts get a five-minute Live trial. Pro includes 90 minutes a month, saved transcripts, and summaries. A single session will not run longer than 15 minutes — enough to work a case, not enough to ramble.

You will need a microphone and a quiet enough room. Then bring the thing that is actually in front of you: the lab pattern, the drug, the question you do not want to freeze on.

Aidanna Live is in the app now.

Open Live. Say the case. Walk in ready.
